High quality abrasive Calcined Alumina Flap Disc polishing metal flap disc

Flap Discs are created by overlapping coated abrasive flaps and adhering them firmly to a back-up plate. This design provides a cooler running, longer lasting disc. And because new layers of abrasive are constantly being exposed, a very consistent finish is provided during the life of the disc. These discs are specifically recommended for high stock removal on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and most alloys. They offer many times the life of conventional resin fiber discs.

1.How many pieces of flap disc for each size ?

For 4'' 4.5'', total flap discs number are 72 pieces ;total flap discs number are 80pieces for 5'';total flap discs number are 120pieces for 7''

 

2. How about your grit range?

Grit is from P40-P320,but P150-P320 is not regular.

 

3.You are Manufacturer or trading company ?

We are Manufacturer in Yonkang city, Zhejiang China.


4.Do you accept OEM for customer’s brand?
Yes, we do, but need MOQ for mass production. If take our brand, less qty with mix sizes are accepted.

 

5.Do you have inspection procedure before shipping:
Yes, we do, 100% QC inspection Before Shippment.

7.Do you have stock?
Yes, for regular size like 4" to 7" flap disc are available


8.What is the delivery time? 

30 days for 1 container order. Roughly one or two weeks for sample order


9.What is your payment term?

Usually TT 30% deposit, and clear the balance before shipping or against copy of B/L.
