Company & Team Requirements: Agents must establish dedicated SALI-branded stores and maintain a professional sales team.
Sales Market: Authorization is exclusively limited to the designated local market.
Sales Target: Minimum annual sales targets are determined based on specific market conditions and potential.
Agency Period: The distribution agreement is signed on an annual basis.
Brand Exclusivity: Agents must exclusively represent the SALI brand for the contracted product category and are prohibited from selling competing brands.
Product Range: Agents are required to carry and represent the full range of SALI products
Exhibition Participation: Agents are obligated to participate in major local hardware trade exhibitions, and we provide support for personnel and partial exhibition expenses
Advertising & Promotion: Agents must execute online social media campaigns and offline dealer advertising. A prominent SALI showcase must be displayed in the prime location of all primary dealer stores.
Pricing: All transactions will be based on the standard agency's EXW/FOB pricing.
